Deposits-

 

Require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of three Hundred Dollars to have a pick in one of our litters or as you select your puppy. If you will be picking up your puppy or having your puppy shipped the balance has to be paid in full on or before the puppy turns six weeks of age.

 

* Puppies are chosen in the order we receive the deposits.

 

* Deposits to reserve a puppy are $300.00 And that is taken off the puppy price

 

* We will need your name,home phone # cell phone #, address , and email address.

 

* We accept  post office Money Orders, Cash, Pay pal, Visa, and Master card through pay pal.

 

* If you will be mailing your payment, it is best to use Priority Mail to ensure that your payment gets to us within 3 days.

 

* By placing a deposit or any payments you are agreeing to full terms of Contract regardless of physical signature.

 

* If we do not receive your deposit within 3 days, we cannot hold the puppy of your choice and it will be re-listed for sale.By placing a deposit you are agreeing to full terms of Contract regardless of physical signature.

 

* Should you decide not to purchase a puppy after we have received your deposit or full payment, you will lose the deposit and or full payment that we have received.

 

* All payments are non-refundable once they have been received by us.

 

* Payment of puppy price and shipping  price is due in full by 6 weeks of age.

 

* If paying by pay pal, please add 4% of your payment to the total to cover the pay pal fees.

 

* However, if it will be necessary that your puppy be shipped, the balance must be paid in full PLUS the shipping costs must be paid two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

 

* We do not guarantee the color, height, or weight or hair length of any of our puppies/dogs.

 

* Our puppies are sold with a spay/neuter clause in our puppy contract this is mandatory. Spay/neutering prevents many health risks for your dog later on.

 

* Your Papillon puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after you receive your pup.

 

* At any time lone star Papillons has the right to withdraw prier shipment or pickup of puppy. Lone star Papillons will give a full refund if we choose not to sell a puppy and can be without explanation.

 

 

 SHIPPING-

 

Shipping costs are APPROXIMATELY THREE Hundred and fifty Dollars (includes airfareUP TO 50 lbs, including kennel (w/major airline within the continental United States) a kennel and veterinarian's health certificate).If necessary, we will ship our puppies, however, ONLY on a Priority  basis - at the expense of the purchaser and in compliance with all restrictions and/or guidelines established by the commercial carrier for the shipment of live animals. QuikPak (Continental Airlines) or Priority Parcel (American Airlines) provide for the comfort and safety of the puppy minimizing the flight time, as well as the time between flights and, thus, the time spent in the kennel. Shipping within the continental United States includes airfare, a kennel and a health certificate. WE WILL NOT SHIP FREIGHT or CARGO.

 

 

PAYMENT-

 

Payment may be made by money order,or for your convenience, we accept payments via pay pal.If using Pay Pal please add 4% (Pay Pal Receiving Funds Fee) and send payment to this email:dcurry2000@msn.com

 

* We do not take any personal checks for any reason.

All payments we do receive are non refundable .

 

*All payments are non refundable once received by us and If for any reason we do not have a signed contract from you , your signature(s) will be assumed.

 

* We must receive your deposit within 3 days after you pick out your puppy. If we do not receive your deposit in this time frame we will not be able to hold the puppy of your choice.

 

* If you are mailing your deposit, it is best to use priority mail to ensure that we receive it withinthe 3 days.

 

* By placing a deposit you are agreeing to full terms of Contract regardless of physical signature.

 

* Puppies can be picked up 10 - 12 weeks of age .

 

* Due to Texas State Law, if you pick your puppy up in the state of Texas, we must charge sales tax of 8.25%.

 

That will be added to the price of your puppy.

 

ALL MONEY ORDERS and payments must be made out payable to Dawn Thorn.

If they are not the will be returned to you.
