* This document is a legal and binding contract between Dawn Thorn hereby referred to as Lone Star Papillons

Puppy price does NOT include shipping cost, crate, or crate accessories and these costs are the responsibility of the Buyer(s) Shipping costs are APPROXIMATELY Three Hundred and fifty Dollars (includes airfare - UP TO 50 lbs, including kennel (w/major airline within the continental United States) - a kennel and veterinarian's health certificate). We require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of Three Hundred Dollars. This Papillon is sold as a Family companion on a limited registration. This puppy must be spayed or neutered by the buyer's veterinarian with written proof from their veterinarian given to the seller within eight months from the date of purchase If this puppy has not been already spayed or neutered.For the agreed price of $___________ to be paid for in full by when pup turns 6 weeks old even if being picked up if being shipped the shipping must be paid in full also by the pup turns 6 weeks old.(check one): ______ Airport Delivery ____ Lone Star Papillons  Kennel Pickup ________________ Other (Describe). * Due to Texas State Law, if you pick your puppy up in the state of Texas, we must charge sales tax of 8.25%. That will be added to the price of your puppy.Payments or deposits from the buyer(s) are non-refundable once they have been received by Lone Star Papillons. Seller(s) will not give a refund of cash value to the Buyer(s) for any Reason unless we choose not to sell you a puppy. At any time lone star Papillons  has the right to withdraw at any time before shipment or pickup of puppy. And lone star Papillons will give the full refund if we choose not to sell a puppy to you no matter what or why and without explanation. This Papillon is sold in AS IS condition, with no warranties, either expressed or implied, and no guarantee other than that stated in our Health Guarantee. Any discrepancies or disagreements with regards to this document must be filed with a court of law in the State of Texas and the County of Hopkins. Buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Lone star Papillons in any case filed by the buyer that is ruled in the favor of Lone star Papillons.I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE AND AGREE TO LONE STAR PAPILLONS SALES CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE.
